At the 38th Annual Salute Luncheon, the YWCA-NYC introduces the leading ladies of business: the Academy of Women Leaders Class of 2011. We congratulate Celia Moncholi on this recognition, and look forward to honoring her on October 28!
Celia Moncholi is SVP and head of the US Contact Center Business for TD Bank, where she leads a team of 1,500 supporting the sales and service delivery of TD Bank’s retail organization across 15 states. Celia’s accomplishments were recognized with TD Bank’s contact center obtaining the top ranking in automated phone service by J.D. Power and Associates, and with the Highest Customer Satisfaction in Banking Award by Service Quality Management (SQM) Group.
Celia is an active mentor at TD Bank and as a member of TD’s Women in Leadership, she facilitates group mentoring sessions with TD’s junior women. Celia is involved in her community and serves on the advisory board of Susan G. Komen’s Central and South Jersey Affiliate Group and on the board for Reach Out for Life, an organization that provides free screening services for women without medical benefits in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Celia also involved with several other non-profit organizations, including Passionately Pink for the Cure, Special Olympics New Jersey, and Impact OASIS – Ongoing Autistic Success in Society.
